I would give a zero star if they have the opinion. I was there today to get my online order returned which size is not fit. I don’t know their name but there is one Philippine guy was really rude and his manager who is an Indian lady, they spoke to me with impolite and unfriendly language and with no patience. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction. Make you feel it’s a shame thing to return item. Really frustrating. If these employee work there whatever how good their products are, I won’t buy. I don’t recommend people shop at this location. I have no issue to return with their others. They need to learn what is respect then starting making sales.

Worst store manager ever. I am beside myself that she is still able to mismanage such a reputable store. She mistreated everyone in the lineup. She accepted a defected item from me- then changed her mind and told me to call customer service instead of doing her job. She was verbally abusive and told me to leave her store after I asked what her name was and asked for the manager. Rather than mistreating innocent customers- she may want to retire. I feel bad for lululemon .

All stock is almost gone. Everything is all mixed up it’s impossible to find anything. I don’t know why they have so many staff but they can’t keep the store even a little bit more organized. Just lazy people. If you want to stand around doing nothing playing with your phone apply for a job here and be useless like everyone else at this store.

This one star is for the cashier service in Richmond center! They separate the line for return and purchase but they don’t follow their own rules here, The person who waiting on the purchase line need to after the one who line up on the return line, and they said because the person on the purchase line waiting for long time! So why u separate the line ,make a joke?

Be careful with the middle age-short hair-Asian looking-wearing black glasses female cashier, she will force you to create account and link with your phone number!! And definitely super rude after you don’t want to provide your phone number! The stuff used to super nice and helpful, not like this rude!!

Racist Store Manager!!! Their female store manager (with a sarcoma beside right ear) is the worst store manager I’ve ever seen in Canada. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I just can’t believe a store manager can be such a hater to Chinese communities. She didn’t say anything wrong but her attitude and face! She was acting like Chinese people own her 8 million dollars and trying to give everyone a hard time to show her power? I was just checking out with her, and how she treated us and other Asian customers ahead of us literally ruined my whole day! I saw same comments about her below, and I don’t understand why she is still here managing the store, is this Lululemon’s true brand value and company culture??? Wow…

Staffing that go by Brenden & Sophia/Sonia made the hemming process/hemming pick-up fairly easy to do! They were knowledgeable+helpful about answering questions & had friendly customer service. The store was packed-busy when I visited this location & I'm thankful that they had the time to get my alteration ready!

I went in last week to get the sleeves of my wunder train top hemmed. I wore it in, showed the lady how long the sleeves were, and told her I wanted 2.5 inches off. I went to pick it up today, and it turns out they hemmed the length of the top and not the sleeves. Now it's ridiculously cropped and the sleeves are still way too long. I tried calling the store repeatedly, and no one is picking up. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.
